My friday night gig was canceled /rescheduled due to the weather .  sucks.  I was so looking forward to taking the JAEbird out in public for  the first time.  Will have to wait a few weeks more....

We played Friday.  Took 2 hours to get to a bar 15 to 20 minutes away from my house.  We started a half hour late.  There were maybe 30 people there...all Cincy Rocker diehards.  Hell I wouldn't have come out to see me.

We got paid.  Guys n Dolls in Alexandria KY is top shelf in my book. The best.

We played a benefit for a foundation Thursday afternoon.  Fortunately for us, it wasn't 5 degrees nor was there drifting snow.  My sympathies to you guys who got caught in such conditions!

Played a triple at a place called Tucson's Roadhouse on Friday. Snow for two solid days didn't stop the regulars from coming out ...... of course, it was Customer Appreciation weekend so no cover and we are Canadian after all (read: we're used to anything Mother Nature throws our way).

Fun gig! Had some reps out from the local Blues Society and a bunch of regulars on the Blues scene - they all seemed to dig our sound which is, admittedly, not straight Blues by any means. Me slapping the snot out of the upright seemed to keep them fairly entertained.

.... by the way, we're not The Mud Boys, that was the banner from the band before us, we're King Rattler.

Almost.  I needed to chug a liter of Gatorade right after Friday night's gig.  The suit and wig are hot under stage lighting in the middle of summer.
Cheers
