(1) She was in her own little world. She was paying attention to herself, not him.

(2) He's fortunate that he found out before marriage.

(3) Sent the link to an old high school buddy of mine, among other things, he said  "I guess that those of us that rank bra size ahead of emotional stability sometimes have problems like this."

1 - Yes!
2 - Rat own, brudda!
3 - A marvelous and concise summation.
"A computer lets you make more mistakes faster than any other invention with the possible exceptions of handguns and tequila."

Uwe's settled for promiscuity with basses...  ;)

You mean that is replacement behavior? I wouldn't call it promiscuity, it's a harem. That is something totally different.

Will I be mourned like he was?

And more importantly, you think there is still some room for ze kölleckshün in that hollowed-out, nuclear attack-proof mountain?

I showed the youtube clip to Edith, we needed a woman as a neutral expert here I thought. All for utmost scientific reliability of our findings, you know how we keep an eye on that here. She's sure it's fake. She definitely rules out that a woman might "forget" her boyfriend leaving for 10 days unsupervised to a more or less undisclosed location. Only men are capable of ignoring something like that, she said.  ;D

If it's not fake he just wasn't really into her. If he was in a relationship with regular email communication he would have emailed her his itinerary. If he really cared for her he would have at least sent her a post card. If he loved her he would have taken her with him.

He does tell a good tale though.
