Buck Henry Dies: ‘The Graduate’ Writer, ‘Get Smart’ Co-Creator & Early ‘SNL’ Favorite Was 89 (https://deadline.com/2020/01/buck-henry-dead-saturday-night-live-the-graduate-get-smart-1202825337/)

My favorite of his SNL appearances, with Gilda Radner. He had a hard time keeping a straight face.

Besides being a comedic talent on the screen, I appreciated  the screenplays that Buck Henry wrote.  One of my favorites, which I don't think got the credit it was due, was "Catch 22."  What a witty, enjoyable movie.  But that was only one among many of Buck Henry's achievements.

rip... he made an awful lot of truly great material... :sad:
