It's a shame Uwe spent all his money on a knee :) He needs this more!

Never seen it before.
Looks a bit like an Epiphone Embassy Standard IV from the nineties.
But with Alembic pickups?  :o
And is that an extra jack output near the arm cut?

Could be anything. Needs some paper work to make it legit.

The seller is Bunny Brunel himself. The output jack is the same as on his later Carvin signature model.

Look at his other listings. He's selling one of his Carvin signatures and several of his ESP signatures, which I think are still being made.

I'm confident that it's legitimate. I also think that Uwe needs to jump on it. It may be even rarer than the Leland Sklar signature. For all we know, this could be one of a kind.

That's a Wilkinson bridge. Carvin used them on their solid body basses in the 90s.

Is that an output jack, or a recessed Dunlop strap lock?

EDIT - Based on what I found in a quick Google search, I'm pretty sure it's a strap lock. Here's one thread - https://www.talkbass.com/threads/holding-the-bass-like-bunny-or-jaco.1305561/

Interesting...it looks like he puts a second lock on his strap at that location to keep the bass closer to vertical than horizontal.

Aaaargh, do not tempt me!!!!

I'm at an age where I have to think about culling the herd (as Bunny B seems to be obviously doing), not expanding it ...

But it sure looks interesting (though really butt-ugly in my view) ... will I be able to withstand? Most embarrassingly, I didn't even know who he was. :-[

Whaaaat?  :o  :o  :o

If you're seriously thinking about selling some of your collection, why not sell some of the more common models, especially the ones you have several of?

Bunny is well known in limited circles. I probably wouldn't have heard of him either if I hadn't been on Carvin's mailing list for years (all because I bought some strings from them a couple of times).
