 @999,

Beautiful, stunning in fact, Thunderbird.

Thanks! As is your collection. Always strikes me as odd with such a radical design to stick to conservative colors. Don't get me wrong, I like them in burst, too - I just like them _more_ in green, blue, orange and purple

See? That just looks right! Would not be the same in a tobacco burst IMO...

Wow, what a mega bump for a two year old thread  :o
Welcome to all the new faces.

Here's a promo-pic from the Stonefly days.

I really should dig up some old pics too...

This is about the oldest I can find on the web. It's from the Bittermoon days. At a festival in Schierling near Regensburg in 1999.

Cool ! Don't you just love those ol' ( once ) B/W pics !!

From the archives:

The Ripper - 1976

Kramer 350-B -1979

The ol' P - 1984

EB-3 - 1988

T-Bird - 1990

The much lamented 40th Anniversary CS P-51 - 2002

Eastwood Hi-Flyer ( 1st series long-scale ) - 2006

The Hi-Flyer pic is very special to me as it was taken by Nico, our roadie, who made every gig into a party. Sadly he died three months later, our lives have never been the same again .........

Welcome newbies...

... with an EB2 copy in '76

... oldest pic of the RD, intact and original condition in '80

... with the Hiwatt and a pair of Sound City's in the early '80s

... doing unspeakable things to a Peter Cook in '84

... with a TARDIS in '88

... last gig before "retirement" in '88 (no, there wasn't a speaker in the cab)

... listening to the sound balance before a gig in '09
