I tend to consider some forms of
technology to have a spirit all of their own... I workd on Concorde in the '70'sand early 80's and she could never be an it, neither could my instruments nor amps... in the west, most ships are considered feminine, whilst in many Slavic/Cyrillic nations they are viewed from a masculine perspective... most instruments have curves and numerous psychologists would point out the neck with interest...
Each to their own (forms of insanity), Pekka... each to their own ...
Coming back to Mark Huss... his site gives accurate details of age and he is more than helpful when offering advice... mine was built by Dave Reeves and may be a one-off, although visually she looks like a DR103S - the serial number plate calls her a "SWITCH", which Mr Huss believes to be the only one...? At some point I intend to replace the 1969 power caps (as recommended) and I will provide him with an accurate wiring diagram, for his records...
