Title: Ibanez RB920 on eBay... opinion needed
Post by: ilan on January 31, 2017, 07:41:29 AM: I love the design and have been wanting one for years. But at $1,281 this one is way overpriced, right? I had $600-700 in mind.

That price seems to be about $600 - $700 too high to me, given the condition. The big selling feature IMO is that it's a bound sunburst which is the rarer model and should fetch a bit more than its solid color equivalent. YMMV.

Must be collectors trying to recoup their investments. OTOH, you don't see one like this come up often. It's rare enough that someone might bite at that price.

As I said in the post - not that common but one will turn up one day.

Also worth having a look at the RB 950 - I have two of these and these ware more common, I believe.
