I found this site while searching around on-line for info about my S.D.Curlee bass....
Nice place you have here ! I will definitely be scrolling around in old threads, probably do a
lot of lurking, as I generally don't have too much to say !

I briefly had possession of an SD Curlee I picked up here before sending to a friend in Texas. It was an early one with a single, big brass covered pickup. It was a terrific sounding bass! Wish I had it!

I remember when They came out I was working at the House of Guitars in Rochester NY, I could have bought one for peanuts then. I'm still looking for one..........................priced right of course ;)
