I'm interested in this Peavey Dyna Unity on eBay.
Is it me (or the camera angles), but does the bridge plate look like it's mounted a bit scewed?
I noticed that the g-string roller is adjusted all the way towards the centerline of the bass, while the E-string roller is max adjusted away from the centerline.
That has me a little curious.

If anyone takes a look and thinks it's just me or the camera angles, please let me know.
As always, thanks.

I enlarged the photos and sorted through them - it appears to me that all four of the saddles are adjusted as far to the E string side as possible. The string alignment on the neck looks OK in the couple of photos which were taken straight-on (one of which is turned 90 degrees due to the seller being too lazy to rotate it...), but it does appear that the bridge adjustment was required to achieve that.

Thanks, Pilgrim (said that with my best John Wayne voice).
Not only does it appear that the bridge might be off center, but it appears to me that e-string side of the plate is closer to the neck than the g-string side.
Hard to tell from the photos...
Thanks for looking.

Sure looks like the whole bridge plate is off.

Looks like it - and those Schallers mount with three big-bore screws.
It would probably require doweling and re-tapping to fix properly.
It would have been a fun project, but I pulled the trigger on a different old Peavey yesterday.
