Wouldn't it be easier to buy an Epi EB0 and add the bridge pickup to turn it into an EB3?
Or are they far worse build quality than the Epi EB3's?
The prices of these babies are so low they are nearly giving them away that's for sure.

I sold an EB-0 to get the EB-3.  Overall, I do like the EB-3 better, and the sound is better with two pickups. The downsides are higher total weight and neck dive.  But with a wide suede strap the neck dive isn't too bad...although for some reason my left arm does get tired faster than when playing my Fender J or P.

I did think about routing another pickup into the EB-0, and it would not be hard to do that.  Maybe I just need to play the EB-3 more and get used to it.  Besides, it's a set-neck and the EB-0 is a bolt-on...so switchery would get to be a lot of work and leave ugly marks.  In the pseudo-words of a former peerless leader, "Not gonna do it; wouldn't be prudent."
