The guy certainly can play.

That's where I heard of him, from an Ibanez catalog. I had no idea who he was back then.

I have no issues with Winger, but I have issues with whiners, which Herr Winger certainly seems to be. He should have called his band Whimper if he blames two cartoon morons for his commercial demise. And sue Kurt Cobain for emotional cruelty. His inability to turn the mentioning of his band in a cult series into advertising success for himself is even more disturbing. If I had been Winger's manager their next vid would have seen them playing proudly in tshirts with Stuart on them. Talk about missed opportunities.

As regards the Stuart comparison, Blazer: Stuart is essentially a nice kid, a little eager for acceptance by Butthead and Beavis, anybody with a kid brother that likes to "hang out" with older guys probably knows what I mean. But he actually less moronic than the AC/DC and Metallica fans he so aspires to be with.

My favorite Beavis & Butthead character is - besides thr hippy teacher - Daria. Given your sour-faced reaction to my Stuart poke, maybe I should have compared you with her perhaps?

This is the smartest thing they could have done, which is why they didn't do it!  ;)

Given the fact that I have been drawing Daria fan comics for six years...

Wow, now I understand what a non bassplayer is doing here!
You were just lost all the time.

Blazer this is the bassoutpost.
Not the daria-outpost.

Very funny.

As for me being a "Non bassplayer" I played bass in my previous band and I played bass on every single of my home recordings.

You guys lay off him, there is no conclusive proof that he owns a Winger CD, we have to give him the benefit of doubt. And Daria is kind of hot.

Maybe not, but he is apparently gullible enough to believe Reb Beach's lame-ass explanation for Winger's decline.

It's on the interwebs, so it must be true. Just ask Dick Dale...  ;)

Stewart's actually been good for hours (or at least minutes) of fun here the last few weeks!
