Holy sh#t... hit 54 today.....   Sometimes i feel like i am still 34 and other days 64...  I quess that is normal....

cake at my gig saturday night ....



and Joe's mid 80's ampeg scroll is being delivered today.....perfect timing....

nobody home  yesterday so the bass showed up tonight (actually about 7 when i got home from work).  If anyone is ever moving I highly recommend Joe be hired to pack..... :)  Amazing job,  thanks for protecting my birthday present so well. 

First observations.  This bass is a very good clone of the 60's ampegs.  Some of the same faults but with a much better neck.  Hardware not as good as the originals.  Sound - (after Joe's pup changeout)  much better than the originals and very pbass like with little less mids....  Very different than the Bruce Johnson bass which really is trying to get a much more percussive double bass type vibe.  I just may have to do some Bad Company tunes this week.  Sorry never a big The Band fan as part of a setlist...
