Stupid is too kind a word. Instead of asking "how can we make this work?" they are focusing on restricting the use of their own name among family members.

So by not allowing Dwezil to use the name Zappa it protects its use for all four? So, are they going to form a Partridge Family group and tour? Otherwise I'm not sure I follow their rationale.
At any rate, he should have renamed the tour Dwezil Plays Frank. It rolls off the tongue easier at least.
(and he needs to grow a mustache)
