A 6 & 12 string with P-90s

This one I built for my Grandaughter about 5 years ago, it weighs a little more than 4 Lbs.

Our Snowman likes the 50s Capri and my choice is the 1966 Gibson 330 that I bought new in 1967, came with a Lifton HS case with yellow lining.

But this is my player, 1950 Broadcaster

Woo! Cool stuff. Nice to see so much of your work after reading about it online for so many years.

All beauties, and I certainly understand why the Broadcaster is your player.

Well I thank you very much...       I've been doing that 3 color burst since 1976, I used to be a Fender warranty repair station in Tustin Calif. and also a Gibson, Martin and Guild warranty repair shop up until we moved to Oregon in 1983.   It closely matches that of a late 50s Fender 3 color burst, one of my favorite colors.  Both guitars have book matched Sitka Spruce tops @ 1/4" thick with a semi hollow 2 piece Mahogany body, a 5 piece neck made of: (maple/cherry/walnut/cherry/maple) Rosewood fingerboard @ 25" scale, and a Brazilian R/W peghead overlay.  The 12 string has a slim but wide neck, same profile as a 1962 Gibson 335 neck.  The P-90s really sing, one of the best sounding pickups IMO.

Standard set neck with a tenon joint much like a Les Paul.
