Depending on the amount of fluid transferred to the sugar, might this result in creating icing on the butthole?

If having a prolapsed anus means you get her as a nurse then - how shall I put this philosophically? -  the balance of the universe seems to be in perfect order, a case for intelligent design is made. Does she do impromptu check-ups to whittle down the high number of unreported cases?
