Dang, I'll bet it took a while to find that one!

Only 32 years!
Got my first Longhorn bass, a Hondo, in '83. Since, I've had a series of Danelectro and Jerry Jones Longhorns, all righties. Got word in early March that Danelectro was going to produce a VERY limited number of lefties. I put my deposit down March 3rd, received the bass Thursday.
Well worth the wait, and, I've got some righty Danelectros to sell.

One of the great things about Danos is the nut is attached by a screw. I just unscrewed the lefty and screwed on a righty.

So is this a new-new one? I had one of the late 90's reissue guitars (a U-2) and it was probably my nicest sounding guitars. I've read all over that the new ones give the "vintage" ones a run for their money, they're just as nice.
Cool bass!
If it was good enough for Danny Bonaduce, it ought to be good enough for fake bass players everywhere!
