Great! I'm not sure if you have wired it as a coil tap(single coil) but if so and it gets a little noisy wiring it as both coils in parallel gets rid of the hum and does not change the tone all that much.You should still retain enough lows to demolish small buildings.Enjoy!

I saw Carly Simon live once. It was at the closing cermony of the 1996 Paralympic Games in Atlanta.She was great.Same gig had Aretha Franklin,Bo Diddley(very blusey set-great!)Jerry Lee Lewis and others i have forgotten- a good night out, even if i was working.But i have been listening to this- a bit of fun!

Apropos of not much, I prefered Holger Czukays sound on the mustang to the Jazz bass.

I mixed the support band when they played in Wellington in 1980 . He played the Newport but in noticed it went through a Urei parametric e.q. before the signal hit the SVT.Sounded BIG.
