I wasn't much at this forum last couple of weeks. Quite busy. I visited Warwick, which was quite impressive. I played one of JAE 8-strings and I saw the recovered table cloth on which JAE and HP Wilfer designed the Buzzard on in Maggy's Bar in London, early eighties. I met people like Guy Pratt, Alphonso Johnson... And the factory is almost too impressive. More on that later....
Bu I wanted to update you on my band. Although we're still sowing, we do some nice things! Our debut album is available on iTunes, streaming website spotify (not in all countries available) and of course on CD and vinyl. My first full lenght album, so I'm quite proud!
Dutch national radio made us 'Serious Talent'. A kind of talent program for upcoming bands, so we got played a lot and we are live on this station again tomorrow. Because we're so busy we even had to cancel one... Next saturday we are acoustic on national television on a new music show. We did interviews for a couple of big magazines in Holland (for the Dutchies: LiveXS, OOR, CJP-magazine), more will follow, we gig a lot, we have a release party this saturday, we have one review in (quite good!) and at the beginning of October we have a second single out. I will post the vid we made here soon.
