I can't believe that neck doesn't have stability issues, thin as it is. But on the other hand: It only has to bear the pull of two strings and the deleted D string has the strongest pull of all four bass strings.
Love the Captain America outfit.

I told you they would bring the Captain back!
No one every really dies in the Marvel Universe.

Oh yeah, Disneyland After Dark, I really love them.

Can't you make one with an even bigger T-Bird headstock, Blazer? ;)

I really like this one.

I want a Cadillac-back bass too!
Would a chrome pick up cover looks good on a black Buzzard?
-
Geez, and I thought the NR design was unusual!!! :o And what's with the 2 strings? I chose bass cuz I couldn't master 6 strings and no one else in my 60's era kid band wanted to play it. What's this guy's excuse??

I've been a fan of Danish Disneyland After Dark since the beginning when they appeared on Swedish TV in 1986 when they released their first album. Stig played an upside down sunburst Fender P in the beginning but probably came to understand two strings are enough. Also he's the best entertaining bassplayer I've ever seen. Went to a concert in '98 where he climbed all the way up in the right speaker tower approx 20 m (is that 60 feet?) up. They played more of Cow Punk in the beginning and the last 10 years I've felt they had a more mainstream approach in their music.

Watch closely how Stig's bass changes from a Fender into a Matsumoku bass (probably a Westone) in exactly 30 seconds into this clip.

and then back at 0.45 ;D

Raising this one up again.
Stigge has received a cool Sandberg-made version of his two string NR Fenderbird.

check out those boots!? ???

as someone who has been fooling around with a two string for a long time i like this stuff. the plexi t bird looks great, imo. you can play a lot of '4 string songs' on a 2. you just have to travel more and use more open strings. don't be a hater.

DAD and Stigge are kind of like a more modern punky version of Glam. I'm all for it. They always look like they are having great fun. Thats what its all about aint it?
-
Damn' cool plexi bird!
-
Thunderbirds and glam with boots..................
Wish I'd thought of that ;)
Love that stuff, those guys are having fun, definately what it's about!
