You must really love that fridge - has it been that cold or have you been surviving on carryouts...? ;D

Since I live by myself I go to the grocery story 5 days a week anyway and there's a decent cafeteria at work. Besides, the girlfriend always complained I never had any food in it anyway. That it was a much colder December than normal anyway, I just put stuff in coolers on the back porch.

They found the fountain of youth, apparently. :)

The two are not mutually exclusive, y'know.  The fridge could be full of beer.

Warm beer is a peculiarly British thing... he'd be keeping them in the chiller on the porch - Beer Popsicles... :o

I like the way you think!

I looked into a fridge from this outfit until I saw what they cost.

:o :o $2845, local pickup, for the one I like!  As much as I love the old look under the nostalgic skin this is a $600 fridge.  Buying the fugly modern one would leave $2245 for important purchases - like beer, sausages/brats, mustard for the prior.....

Is this again some hidden fetish message with innocent, non-consenting mammals that cannot get away quickly enough on land? I hate it when innuendo permeates everything here.

So I pulled into a Shell Station
They said I'd blown a seal
I said, "Fix the damn thing
And leave my private life out of it
Okay pal?"

Going down to Robe on the South East coast of SA for a week in a week or so.
As it happens there are a lot of Sea Lions along that coastline. I've been explaining to Nicholas how fast (and grumpy) they can be.  :)
