Not annually, but whenever my doc pesters me to! With prostate I'm more disciplined because I find the thought discomforting to have cancer emanating from there of all places. Or perhaps I just like to repeat my standard joke to my doc on a regular basis:
"Leave the gloves off, after all we know each other well and it's more personal that way!"
