No affiliation with the seller whatsoever, but it is worth taking a look IMO...

Never heard mention of that one before. Maybe that's why it's not priced unreasonably considering that Jack owned it.

Neither did I. Cute old bass nonetheless.

The "Make an Offer" option is also available. The price is reasonable. It looks like it has had a headstock repair...………...

Added bridge pickups RIGHT against the bridge are a pet peeve of mine (I know, there are bigger things in life to worry about...). I've seen a lot of P basses with a J added like that. It's a cool bass though. I'd like to hear it in person.

why is putting them right up against the bridge  wrong?

You get very little string movement there and little or no fundamental. Whoever put it there obviously wanted more high end than the neck pickup could put out. That's fine but it would have been better to put it where an EB-3 bridge pickup is.

Seems pretty reasonable to me, if I had the cash I'd go for it. I'd do a little more research on the provenance though.

Does it come with a note that entitles the bearer to a free one-hour verbal abuse session from Ginger Baker?

They don't seem to be feuding here. OTOH Ginger was supposedly responsible for getting Jack fired.
