Bongo is a lame name....maybe the lamest of all. At least Phil's is Black on Black.
My first post here will be to defend the Bongo? Oh yeah, what a HORRIBLE idea. A bass that's not identified with a number or a concept that comes from the 1950s! What an awful idea!
So my question is - ever played one? And my comment is - get over it. I kind of like them.
