EB0F project body, what to do?

(1/3) > >>

godofthunder:
This EB0F body will be arriving soon, just what I need another project. I am toying with a full restoration or just turning it into a ratrod. The only decision I've made are keep it short scale and include a fuzz or distortion circuit. Other than that I'm open to ideas.

Basvarken:
Bring it back to its former glory.

Try to find a Maestro Fuzz.
Make a neck. Maybe use a spokewheel trussrod to avoid having to cut out a trussrod cavity at the top nut?

Finding the bakelite covered mudbucker is going to be a challenge.
Maybe you can have one printed in 3D?

I'd love to find a original neck. Not the easiest task if anyone runs across one let me know.

Dave W:
Even without an original neck or pickup, I'd try to get as close to the original as possible.

Grog:
My 1964 that I had refinished has all nickel hardware. That should be somewhat easier to find……….
