NBD '74-'75 Precision

  This came in at the H.O.G. the other day. Dimarzio pup, Badass bridge, no covers, ohsc. Other than that pretty clean. She's a killer player a little on the heavy side. I like her just they way she is.  I was shocked when they accepted my offer of $1,000!

LOL!  I couldn't pass on a vintage piece like this and buy a MIC Hofner instead makes no sense. I could easily make money on this if needed. It does seem to be raining P basses this week................hmmmmmm. No way I'd find a nice NR for a grand.

 As to whether it's a '73-'74 When I first saw it I was thinking after '75......................... the serial dates it '73-'74. I don't really care it's just cool whatever it is.

   At this late stage in the game I don't have to strong a opinion (hard to believe I know).
I have been using Roto flats on my fretless basses and am more or less satisfied. On my Hofner and Kliras Labella Deep talking flats. I think I like the Labellas better but I haveyet try them on a Precision.

I hate you. Beautiful bass! I have LaBella flats on my '75, which is fretted and I love the way it sounds. I also have them on my fretted G&L LB-100, which is a P-bass for all intents and purposes. I think you'd like them a lot.
