Got a hug from my ol' pal Uriah Duffy. He was toasted. lol
He'll be at an All Star Jam tonight at the Cat Club on Sunset.
Talked with Billy Sheehan & he said he'll be there tooo
Billy shook hands with me twice!!
Yes, I still get starstruck at NAMM.
Lots of colorful METAL Rockers in the Hilton crowd.
They remodeled! No more pool table, dammit!
Hope I can get in ze Cat Club....

Buzz, be careful what you wish for, that certain overseas barrister would probably produce low-priced teaser models with plastic pickups and black hardware then double the prices for chrome.

Yeah, that thought occured to me after I posted that.  He would probably also insist that the grain filling be a little on the spotty side and that the nitro be shot for maximum orange peel :vader: :vader:

"Continuing the 50th Anniversary celebration that Gibson’s Les Paul has enjoyed the last few years, we saw Gibson’s 1960 Les Paul Standard 50th Anniversary models today at Gibson’s surprisingly compact NAMM display today."

That is one way of putting it.

That's confirmation from someone who was actually there, and it was small enough for them to remark on it.

Better get your Dusk Tigers now before they become collectors items like the Corvus.

Dave has really grown friendly with the Dusk Tiger - that name left an impression on him!

The name sounds silly to me. It wouldn't matter if the guitar weren't so goofy. As it is, you've got both silly and goofy. Another winning combo for Gibson.
