I think Steve Barr owned this one at one time but I think Steve called it Seafoam Green back then,

Yeah thats the bass, it is most defiantly not Inverness green

Didn't we just discuss this bass this week? Is this the same seller or a new one?

It's a guy named Taylor out of Buffalo NY I have meet him a few times as usual he is a bit optimistic in his pricing.

Inverness green is a metallic, that's seafoam IMO.

imo autographs detract from the value of an instrument, not add to it. for fan boys only.

Yes, Baz started a thread about it last week and then deleted it. And it is the one Steve owned, scroll down and you can see his note in the package of original strings. I did message Steve through FB to let him know it was up, didn't think he'd be interested and apparently he isn't, at least at that price. IIRC this was a present to Steve from his wife or girlfriend, she had gotten Tom to sign it and present it to him.
I'm almost sure this is a refin, it wasn't a secret back when Steve owned it. Seller isn't claiming it's the original finish but it would be way overpriced even if it were.
