Custom Lefty Spalted Top Explorer by BaCH
« on: February 08, 2011, 06:58:28 AM »
A while ago I had BaCH make a custom color Lefty Firebird.

A guy on a Dutch guitarforum saw this guitar and asked me if he could order
a custom made
Lefthanded Explorer
mahogany body and neck
with Spalted maple top
creme bindings
fretboard without position makers

It took BaCH about a six months.

But today it finally arrived at the office
I'm usually no too keen on exotic tops, but this one is very nice in real life

I'm no fan of the spalted look, but that guitar does look nice.

Very cool looking guitar! I'm sure your customer will be thrilled.

I'd prefer flamed, but that looks really great!
