I have a project which I want to have a Fender Tele Bass shaped head stock . I figured I ask if someone has a PDF  or sone tracing they could email me so I could save myself the embarrassment of doing it  from memory. I bet I can get it pretty close but I had to ask, Thanx, M

Wife & I saw Bonnie Raitt tonight in Shelburn VT. Hutch played a Kala  Uke bass & and aray of basses that was as impressive as any show Ive seen . He changed guitars on almost every other song. Damn she can still belt it out. Great show.

Saw him friday with 2 very young musicians(18&19). It is one of the best jazz shows I have seen . Next week its Jack Digonette & Esmerelda Spaulding. Nice stuff for livin in the woods!

Gibson Basses / I need a fairly easy favor ,of sorts.

Im restoring a pretty Epi newport & I was going to  forget the mute. I mean really . Then I got to thinking I dont have a bass with a mute, so I scraped together  pieces & parts . I have  1 & about a third, almost! . The part that holds the felt has eluded me.It should be easy enough to duplicate I  just need  the width of the bar  & the height ( dimensions ) of the felt. This really is gonna be a sweet bass.
Gweimer , Im making a patern for the PG this weekend . Thanx again . I hope all is  well @ home . M

 I got this NJ built guild body kickin around & some real nice maho behind my basement door that is 3" thick. Once i get my guild 302 & starfire  , I may need some hand holding. Winter is comin ,eh Doc! Another broom paint job to clean up :mrgreen:
