Gibson should now create the G5 with an added piezo pickup in the bridge  :D

Or make some space and stuff a mudbucker ... ... ...

Hey Dave, I didn't say Zamac is crap, the only thing I hate about Zamac is that most (low quality) alloys are kinda fragile.

Has anybody tried one of those? How is the neck? Does it sound mudbuckerish?
It's one of the few fenderoids I like, and if it has the "right" (=mud) sound, maybe I'll start saving,,,

I know at least some years of the EB-0 had an .01 bleed cap, not sure about the EB-2. Jake or Jules may know.

That seems useless to me, you must have some highs to bleed, EB0's haven't got that problem, since they haven't highs, that's the good part about them!  ;)

My vote for pelham blue, white would be my second choice.
Sunburst (2tone/3tone) finishes are just too difficult to look right, if you aren't a pro.

I'd say black, I hate white pickguards, they look too cheesy.

I like the way you're thinking Chris! ;D
I was thinking of putting push-pull pots and wire them to go direct to jack when pulled. But I want that classic bass sound too when they are in their normal position, you know, to have the best of two worlds...

I'm about to rewire my Epi Tbird, what pots do you suggest? Probably 500k? And what about caps, .22 or .47?

All humanoids have soft spots, even lawyers.

But wait a minute: are lawyers humans? And what about those who are on the "dark side"?

 ??? ??? ???
