Nice video the bass sounds great. Nice playing.

We had a mime on our plane when we flew to London. I did not see you wearing a striped shirt?

Nice bassline, and the Newport looks sharp.

Holy mudbuckers, Batman!

Nice lookin' Newport, and the bass sounds great.  Was that the old TBird?

(edit: nevermind- got out the headphones- that's definately the 2D  ;D !  Nice sound you got from it, and I like the little fills you were doing in the upper register )

Really loved that ! Excellent roots blues/rock ! No BS in sight, real playing ! Love it, love it, love it ! I could not help but be reminded of Chas Chandler.

thanks, glad you liked it.

I guess the silver bit was a nod of sorts. I'm not sure I know the full story with the name.
We recorded a 4-track EP called Iraqdonalds
(You can hear the tracks here http://www.myspace.com/thesilverbrazilians)
Iraqdonalds and i'm gonna kill yer were '68 EB2D,
You're Dirty I love you and Peggy Sue got loaded are '60s non rev Tbird II.

It was recorded with my '68 EB2, ampeg svt410he (4X10 cab) and '72 fender bassman 100 head
Mic'd up of course. The guitar is all Strat I think. The Vox 12 string in the video was not used and neither was the newport.
I didn't even know we were filming a video, I just brought that along because I knew it would look great in the photos we were having done, and i'm glad I did, because it really is photogenic.

I noticed that in one of the profile pics, our Ted D Rocker is also referred to as Nobby Hymen.  :o

First off - this a great video and I loved the tune!  Very well done ;D

But, well, am I more far gone than the rest of you guys?  Because when I first read the title what popped into my mind were AARP women getting a certain bikini wax ;)  I mean, Silver  Brazilians ??  I had a hard time getting that mental picture out of mind :o

Yes, I know, I know - time to visit the doc and get the meds adjusted :P
