Ok, I'll ask.......Why?   8)

They were left over and thought, what the heck... (there's always one... :P)

That Tee just lasted and lasted - I got the classic Skynyrd long sleeve "Old Time Rock'N'Roll Brand" (the design GNR [?] nicked - designed to be stolen, really) but it faded and disappeared in no time - still have my "On The British Road" tour shirt, too (based on the 1st live album cover) - just remembered, I also have the baseball/skull/gun design they used for the GBMB's tour too, but far to mis-shappen to wear - just don't have the heart to throw it out...

Never played any Danelectro of any kind...

If research was easy, it wouldn't need doing...
Staring at that event horizon is a dirty job, but someone has to do it; something's going to come back out of it one day...

saw golden earing open for tull on the Thick as a Brick tour and he used a dano that night. First time i had seen one actually being used.  What i remember (many a brain cell since gone) they were not very good and his sound was nothing special.  Though i am not a big fan of J Hammond hammond.....his sound was great.   a couple of acoustics that just seemed to fill MSG just right....
