If you happen to notice which one you're sending to Provo, UT, I'd love a scribble as well. I can show my friends that I really do know a guy who loves Gibson basses as much as I do!

Well mine arrived safely this morning, but it's gone straight into the paws of my wife.  It's either going to form part of my birthday pressie on the 1st December or Christmas.

This is a dumb question, but where can you actually order?

You'll get one for free of course Uwe!
If you can't make it to Amsterdam, I'll send it to you.

But everyone else can order at www.thegibsonbassbook.com   :toast:

Hey, danke schön!

Edith and I will actually be coming to AMS - what time is the event? It's also a good chance to visit my son who studies there. And Edith wants to see AMS in Christmas time, she's a hopeless Christmas romantic. You guys have simply no idea how many times I have had - and will continue - to suffer through this:

Plus the look I get when I innocently ask: "Do we really have to watch this - again?"

That's OK, Uwe.  This is my go-to on Christmas, and I hear the same thing from others...love this movie.

Last year our daughters voted in a different "Christmas movie".....

Doors open at 20.00 hrs. Event starts at 20.30 hrs.
Let me know if Leon wants to come too. I can put his name on the guestlist too.

I feel your pain, my wife recently decorated our house for christmas, or, as I use to say, "christmas threw up all over our living room".
As an act of resistance against this madness, I put this outside my mancave, but for some reason she didn't find it funny.

Yes. For 90%.
I was going to call it The Uwe Hornung Collection.
But Uwe objected

Uwe, Amsterdam can be quite busy but pretty in December. The pond at the Museumplein (Square between Rijksmuseum, van Gogh Museum and the Concertgebouw (Macca's Rock Show at the Concertgebouw lyrics)) is changed to an ice rink with a little bridge. I can always guide you around or give you some advice what to see but I guess Leon will know his way around.
