76 Bird starting at $750.00
« on: July 27, 2009, 08:50:02 PM »
Here is the link: http://cgi.ebay.com/1976-GIBSON-THUNDERBIRD-FIREBIRD-RARE-BASS-EBO-EB-3-SG_W0QQitemZ330347668816QQcmdZViewItemQQptZGuitar?hash=item4cea416550&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14#ht_1321wt_1167
But it makes me sad to look at this. I used one of these, same color back in Daisy Chain (pre-Mindbomb-Mercury) 1989-1991 when we tore up Chicago with our Platform boots, Lipstick and Long Hair.

I thought about you when I laid my eyes on the poor thing, Scott. You are a bad influence.

eBay is blocked here, but I can tell that I like that T-bird already.

I'm watching that NR T-bird as well.  :)

That's right. And it only came in a Union Blue fin. Though there was also an Atlanta version which came in flamed wood ...
