RIP Ean Evans
« on: May 08, 2009, 07:54:45 AM »
Ean Evans, bass player for Lynyrd Skynyrd and a Thunderbird player, passed away at age 48 from cancer. He had a unique upper horn attachment to make his Tbird balance better.

One unlucky band, these Alabama boys. High mortality rate, not only for bassists.

It's a Gibson Thunderbird Studio. He did change the pickups, but the bridge is stock.
