That's pretty cool. Not the best looking pickups. I'd like to see the "acero glow".

It's a sweet looking bass. I like the honey burst very much.
I don't think the pickups are that ugly. Only the surroundings aren't very subtle.

Personally I like the aesthetics of the pickups. The 4000-ish pickguard, on the other hand... not so much. This could have been nicer:

It's good looking but I wouldn't pay anywhere remotely near $1099 for anything from Eastwood.

With other pickup surrounds and a non-P bass bridge cover it would work great!

Yeah, that's the main problem. Nice pair of toasters would be good.
