We've run into a couple guitars through the years that the store owner thought the repair was so good that he didn't need to disclose the fact that it was repaired. One guys response was, "if it was repaired, they sure did a great job"! Another claimed to know nothing about it until he contacted the previous owner, whom he'd known for years. In both cases, the repairs are still holding, but they should have been disclosed up front. Now it's one of the first things I check.

Still no answer.  Seller is definitely hiding something.

If he hasn't answered by now, or posted the question on the bid, he's either hiding something or doesn't really want to sell it too bad. Only 23 hours left....  :-\

This is at least the fourth relist, so he must want to sell it. I'd say he's hiding something.

The seller did finally answer me just before the auction ended.  He said there were no breaks or repairs, just a blemish.  Might be true, but I think he's asking way too much for it considering its current state.

Wait.  Be patient.

I have one of those EB4 pups lying around. Nice idea, but that big hunk of plastic is too big to stick in most older EB's.  What fun is that?  DiMarzio is the only one that got that right, and it still wasn't right.
Model One and Schallers?  Ish.

This is at least the fifth relist, and in all this time, he's gone from a $1000 starting bid to a $1000 BIN. That ought to tell him something. Apparently not.

I'm out of the race on this one.

You bought the EB-0 instead of an EB-4L?  I traded an EB-0 & $200.00 for my EB-4L. I think he was asking $1,799.00 for the one I bought which I thought was way too much. I had two EB-0's at the time & the trade in made it easier to swallow........... But it completed my sequence of five EB's.

Well, I have a half completed EB-3 that I hope to finish this fall as well as an EB-2.  So, my EB collection is getting more complete.  Yours is beautiful Grog!
