Looks in good condition.
Apart from the silly carving on the upper bout. But I think that could be an easy fix.

Does seem like a good price. Could be a great bar bass for someone.

Just Buy my Epiphone japan T bird neck and body... all you need is a set of Thunderbuckers and you will have a Killer bass...and I am in the US...
