The mayor of Batman obviously has no concept of international trademark law. He has no chance of success.

Reminds me of the recent story (earlier this year) where some residents of the isle of Lesbos sued a lesbian group over ownership of the word lesbian -- it was quickly dismissed.

They could declare war on the US, lose and have us pay to rebuild them, like in the Peter Sellers movie "The Mouse That Roared"
