to be fair here are both kids side of it. my opinion hasn't changed.

There usually are two sides to most stories.  My only comments:

1.  A 12 year old kid with an eyebrow piercing might as well hang a sign that says "I have problems"
2.  We no longer live life in private.  Big Brother is here, and it's not the government.  It's each other.
