Suzie Quatro "48 crash"
Too bad that the presenter quacks through the intro and a part of the first verse.

Too bad the audio isn't better quality.

Suzi played the field.

I've probably mentioned this before, but a friend of mine insists that Suzi Quatro and Rick Derringer are one and the same.  ;D

Funny she should come up.   I was cleaning out some old storage tubs yesterday, and came across a 1974 issue of Melody Maker, with her on the back cover, promoting Devil Gate Drive.  She looked yummy in that skintight leather jump suit.

Oh yeah, I remember that cover.

If only her music had lived up to the photos.

It's a Greco Suzi Quatro signature model. Probably a one-off.

Suzi is taller...  ;D

She was hot stuff back in the day. I first discovered her as Leather Tuscadero on Happy Days! That hollow body bass was intriguing....

I saw Suzi open for Alice Cooper back in 7?????  oh well, it was a long time ago. I remember she was playing a natural Ripper or maybe Grabber/G3 and she was pretty damb hot, she must have had a wardrobe full of leather catsuits, I think that's the only thing I can remember ever seeing her wear.
Dosn't someone here have a Greco Quatro Sig ?

 :toast:

Quite old? She's three years younger than I am!  ;)

She's gained some weight in recent years but she's still lookin' good.

3:13 of mindless noodling and people are cheering.

But I'd still hit it.  :)

Yeah, I'd still hit it, too.  And she's really not a bad bassist at all.  She was never trying to be Jaco anyway.  She's more animated than dozens of bassists half her age.  Not bad for a little girl from Detroit that went to the UK and found fame.  One of my old bands opened up a show for her brother, Michael.

no worse than a Michael Anthony solo. I like Suzi a lot more though.
