Baz is talking about the real horseshoe pickup, not the faux horseshoe  they offer now while preventing anyone else from making a real one. I have no doubt RIC would lose if their trademark were contested, but a small shop like Lollar can't afford the cost of litigation.

Wow, that's the first Mapleglo 4003S I've seen...really NICE!!!

As for the Lollar horseshoe, it's been back on the market for a while.

I'm trying to resist getting one of these. I don't need another Rickenbacker but I've wanted a mapleglo 4003s for a while.
