Walter Carter's book Guitar Collection?

Hello, do you know someone with a copy of Walter Carter's 2011 limited edition book "The Guitar Collection"?

I'm seeking specs and photos of two of the rare guitars in this book: the Audiovox 736 Bass, and the Slingerland 401 Spanish Electric. The book looks incredible, but is out of my price range! I have info on these two guitars from other sources, but would really like to see what this book adds.
