Shitty cell phone pics, sorry, but I've got a wine buzz on a rainy day and I wanna show 'em off.

Ooooh! great looking Rics. The black guard and TRC on the Jetglo S are a really nice touch.

Awesome! Nice rigs too. My #1 is a Jetglo '89 4003S, and it's one of the best basses I've ever played.

Thanks for the complements guys! Yeah, the 4003s is a GREAT player for sure. Stupid thin neck and lots of growl.
However, the V63 is my fave of the two, though the neck is just a tad on the chunky side. I'm also thinking of adding a current
fireglo deluxe to the collection and moding it to look like a late 60's 4001, just waiting for a good used deal.

Awesome collection! I didn't play my 4001 for a long time - over a year I think, it just didn't fit my music - but have something coming up that needs the Ric so I pulled it out - it felt really nice to play it again.

Do you play yours with pick or fingers? That's one thing I really like about Rics, they respond well to both.

Thanks, Chromium! As for the amps, well I have to admit that my HIWATT stuff are my faves among all my gear.
The ACC stuff is awesome too but there's nothing quite like a 70's DR103;)

BADASS!!!!!!!

Thanks, Baz......you recognize that TRC? ;D

Dave, I'm the same way, love 'em! The S models are the most comfortable and they just look better to me because of the simplicity.

I don't use mine for everything either, most of my projects see use of my T-birds or Jazz basses, but when you need to use a Rick, nothing else will do.

I feel equally at home on these pick or finger style, certainly as much as any of my other basses, and you are right, they sound just as good  either way.

I've always been of the belief that the "S" stands for SWEET! Nice basses friend.
