Maca is one of the ingredients in Enzyte.  I believe that farmers in South America have been using it for ages in helping their livestock breed.

If I want snake oil, I'll take it in pill form, thank you...

You're preaching the choir.  I used to work for them as a part-time customer service rep.  I actually got written up for refunding someone's money.  They deserved it, and I didn't mind taking the hit.  So many of the problems with that place was the fact that customers were actually told how things worked, but they refused to acknowledge it.  The company's biggest fault was that they changed their policy weekly on how to handle things.  I finally reached the point where I couldn't work for them.  And I did turn over some information to the lawyers handling the class action suit.  I kept some records on who/what.
Bottom line was that Enzyte was only as good as a person's metabolism.  The ingredients in there were more likely to put your metabolism in a better state for sex.  All the other stuff was just hype.
