Yeah, tell me about it!  When I lived in Canada in the late 80's, the Canadian $ was worth .69 US cents.  Now they are essentially on par.  Our government sure has done a bang up job!

As for politics and underlying reasons behind the weak dollar, I think we need to stop now before it spirals into the usual non-productive endless pissing contest.  I won't say any more, period, on this.

Just wait until Greece defaults. Then at least dollars will be worth more than euros.

I filled in on a Motown/soul/funk gig on the weekend (no wig required), and alternated between my Nash P bass and the Duesenberg for the 4 sets ....
