It's all geek to me...  ;)

Uwe... steer clear of those "fresh" mushrooms you've been having with your breakfast...  :puke:

Now all I need to do is win the lottery... spare cash, I'd go for her, definitely... Real world...? I'll watch her go by...

Staring at that event horizon is a dirty job, but someone has to do it; something's going to come back out of it one day...

LMAO ! Whenever I see the name 20/20 all I can think of is Barbra Walters  That has to be the buttugliest bass I have ever seen, Jules I hope you get it cheap.

Geez...Starcastle.  Ex-REO front man Terry Luttrell's attempt at prog.  I saw them in the clubs a few times.  Boring and brittle.  The bass sounded like Squire, or Billy Gould with absolutely no low end.

Interesting,I wasn't aware of the REO connection, but when I heard Fountains of Light and Citadel last week in the car back to back, I thought a couple of times, darn, those vocal melodies sound REOish. Thanks for clearing that up! And re the bass: On record at least, it was down to what vinyl could transport at the time. The CD remasters have a bass sound that is all treble and sublos with nothing in between. Sits well in the music, but the vinyl mixes sounded lightweight in contrast. I think the sound is Chris Squire sanitized, i.e. without the grit, dirt and general fret noise in his sound.

Jules, fingers crossed for the 20/20, but you do know that you then have to feature it on your site! I vill zen glöät like Hölle!.

Good luck, Jules.

Already up to $405, that's more than I'd pay.

Well, I always promised you i'd feature it one day. Let's face it, that is the main reason to buy it. Being mocked online I can take. People laughing at me on stage would be just a little too much.

I'm the current high bidder, and yes it is already more than I wanted to pay.

If I were in buying mode I'd pay $480 for a 20/20. I'd never play it out, but I'd own one just to see how it sounds...

Yeah George, same here. My top bid was $550, so i'm quite happy with that price. I wouldn't have gone so high for a silver one though.
