Holy crap, that's high. I remember Tim Sarter offering his at about $2200 maybe three years ago, that was higher than I'd ever seen.

Olivia's sure does have the cool inventory, though.

They also have the best bass pics since bunnybass.com.

BTW bunnybass's photo tips are still online.

Went for considerably more, though, Ilan... £1131.11p

Would have loved to have had 1p more to spare...  ;)

That's $1,800! Much higher than what I anticipated. There must be a lot of hippie buyers on eBay.

Anyway it's a nice option for a badly refinished or stripped Ric. But it needs a matching pickguard.

In my dreams, Ilan, in my dreams...

4 balls short on the lottery tonight, none last Wednesday, the bonus ball last Saturday... etc...

The last and only time I have ever had my hands on a Ricky was when I had been given some money to buy a 21st birthday prezzie acoustic guitar (an Ibanez 12 string, which has a truly beautiful tone) by my parents, which I still lovingly care for ( ;D), in London, back in 1990...

They didn't even have anything I could play her through properly... jerks...

As I posted... in my dreams...

If you've seen what my old T'bird looked like, you might have been shocked to discover that I would have refin'd properly... welllll, at least a wee bit more tastefully than that...  :vader:

60's slotted tailpiece... you don't see them too often for sale. No affiliation.

Damn! Still not as high as some vintage Fender parts I've seen, but getting up there.
