Went to buy tix on Thursday for Y&T a week from tonight at the Redondo pier, & was surprised to see one of Uriah Duffy's bands on the marquee--Lyrics Born.
The ticket girl gave me a free ticket to see 'em. Uriah was gettin' a shot at the bar before goin' on & he recognized me & came over to where I was sittin'.
He recognized me from hangin' out after WHITESNAKE shows when he first joined them, & also talking at NAMM shows.
He was excited about his new Joe Osborn Sig bass & said it takes all he can dish out & says "So?" lol
He played the hell out of it & it has a mean growl!
I woulda rather heard him playin' it with WS of course.
