A Line 6 BassPODXTLive is in front of these systems. The non-BOSE ones move lots of air and the last is a favorite.

Large outdoor stage with FOH system:

No FOH, all band members use 1 BOSE PAS each, this one outdoors in winter(hence the fingerless gloves):

BOSE down for repairs, indoors, medium to large room(PS: the Epi ProV TB's are nice):
If you are truly interested in the truth, start by turning off the television.

Genz-Benz Shuttle 6.0 and two 12T speakers - 600 watts of power, a total of less than 70 pounds for amp and two speakers!!

Hey Pilgrim, I was wondering if anybody else had a Genz-Benz. I got a Shuttle last year - my fourth teeny head... i went through 3 generations of Acoustic Image heads before I decided I needed something with better EQ and a bit of overdrive.

I use the Shuttle 6.0 into an EA CXL112 and EA CXL110.  I've only had one gig since I got the Shuttle and damn I wish I was playing more these days... it sounded SO FREAKING GOOD.  Bass at that gig was a Gibson LPB-1.

Why didn't I have this gear back when I played a lot!  Such is life.
Basses: Gibson lpb-1, Gibson dc jr tribute, Greco thunderbird, Danelectro dc, Ibanez blazer.  Amps: genz benz shuttle 6.0, EA CXL110, EA CXL112, Spark 40.  Guitars: Danelectro 59XT, rebuilt cheap LP copy

Just a couple of effects, Mark... ;D

It's about time we saw something ;) Now get those freakin' speakers in there!!  ;D

(The UK is presently shut due to snow - normal service will resume shortly...)

Patience, dear boy, patience...  ;D

(presently signed off sick for 2 weeks so intend to finalise what I'll go for and order once the weather improves - nothing is going to get delivered with any certainty until a thaw sets in...)

Why didn't I have this gear back when I played a lot!  Such is life.

I was running a Sunn Coliseum-300 with a single Peavey 15 before this, and I had a G-K 4x10 cab that I could add and drop the resistance to 4 ohms.

But I got the chance to play through this Shuttle 6.0 and it did EVERYTHING the single 15 did, and the amp and speaker weighed 15 pounds less than the Peavey cab by itself. Heck, the combo weighed the same as the Sunn head!

I bought the Shuttle and two 12T speakers, and immediately sold the Peavey and G-K cabs.  NO MORE heavy bass cabs for me.  I kept the Sunn head because I really like it.

Now I have three heads and one cab I'm not using:

1967 blackface Bassman
200? Hartke 1400
Sunn Coliseum-300
Homemade cab with a single 12" speaker.

The only thing that will be going out the door from now on is the Genz-Benz system.  My back likes me again, and my ears love the sound!

The Marshall is a 9200 power amp with (2 x 4) 5881 (6L6) power tubes. I like it very much so far. Have not been able to test it at war volume yet but it does a pretty good Jah Wobble imitiation without any problem. So there's no lack of clean low's from this supposedly guitar amp.

4000 pictures are not for this topic.

I don't think we are so rigid as some forums but if you are worried why not post a picture in the Ric forum ? Besides Marshalls and Rics got together like peanut butter ad jelly...............................very on topic for us. ;D
